I’m Luiza

I am Personal, Leadership and Executive Coach supporting people and organisations in their transformation and growth.

As a career coach, I am passionate about supporting individuals daring to follow their dreams, standing in their calling and purpose, and using their talents to grow and live a life filled with passion. This is where boosting and pivoting of careers happens.

As a Leadership and Executive coach, I support international leaders, teams and organisations.
Working with LEADERS I help them in preparing for promotion, soft-landing on new positions, and developing unique leadership style, with respect of one’s individuality, talents, strengths, values and aspirations.
I also to give them support in building and leading teams. This is where my experience as a manager, team coach, and passionate conductor meet to bring value through creative workshops, trainings and team coaching.

I have 20 years of professional experience, including multinational organisations, the private and public sector (European Commission). I have navigated my career between expert and managerial/leading positions (HR Manager, Business Project Manager, Quality Manager, Auditor). Working for many years as a process consultant and auditor gave my experience a special dimension of understanding of complexity of organisations, and being able to see the challenges from the detail and eagle perspective.

I am Polish who lived abroad in several countries for 20 years. I know what it is like to take big risks and make brave decisions. I understand greatly the challenges of facing other cultures, as well as the dynamics of transitions and changes. I have worked to stay faithful to my dreams and goals. This is why I want yours to become a reality as well. My goal is to see your transformation and growth, as your success is my success!
