Hi! My name is Luiza Chrzanowska and I support people and organisations in their transformation and growth.
I am a certified Coach. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching (Kingstown College, Ireland), Advanced Diploma in Transformative Coaching (diploma by Coach Masters Academy, Singapore). I am accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).
I have 20 years of experience in multinational organisations, in the private and public sector (European Commission), navigating my career between expert and managerial/leading positions (HR Manager, Business Project Manager, Quality Manager, Auditor). I am Polish but lived abroad in several countries for 20 years. I know what it is like to take big risks and make brave decisions. I understand greatly the challenges of facing other cultures, as well as the dynamics of transitions and changes. I have worked to stay faithful to my dreams, this is why I want yours to become a reality as well. My goal is to see your transformation and growth, as your success is my success!

What I learned when pursuing my own goals and dreams was that once you make the first step on the road to your dream(s) the horizon of possibility is much wider then you ever thought. I love to travel and explore new places, try new things and ideas, meet people from different cultures. I realised one of my big dreams of travelling the world and spent 16 months backpacking through Asia, South America and eventually… got to Antarctica (not planned!). Yet, the most powerful memories I have are linked to volunteering in India and Peru. Partnering with me you not only benefit personally, but you support children (thanks!), as part of the income goes to a children’s home in Peru.
Holidays? You will find me on the hills! I am at home in the mountains. I also love to dance and sing. I am fascinated by the synergies and harmonies achieved while creating art with others. And I appreciate that in my business life too. I am a proud conductor of the Warsaw International Choir In Action.
My superpower is learning (I would even call it an addiction). And I always have a big smile!
I like pears. And stargazing (I seriously do).
